Our Commitment

AgapéCare Cradle is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 06-1698922) dedicated to serving families experiencing the loss of a baby. All donations support our mission to provide funeral goods and bereavement support free of charge to families in need.

General Policy

All donations to AgapéCare Cradle are final and non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on donations to fulfill our mission, and contributions are immediately allocated to serve families in crisis.

Exceptions

We understand that mistakes happen. We will consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same donation
• Unauthorized Charges: If you did not authorize a charge and can provide supporting documentation
• Technical Errors: If a technical issue resulted in an incorrect donation amount

Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us within 30 days of the donation:

Please include your name, contact information, donation date and amount, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Recurring Donations

Monthly recurring donations can be canceled at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect for future charges but does not result in a refund of past donations. If a recurring charge was processed after you requested cancellation, please contact us immediately.

Tax Receipts

If a donation is refunded, you may need to amend your tax return if you claimed a deduction for that donation. We recommend consulting with a tax professional.

Event Tickets and Registrations

Event tickets and registrations may have different refund policies depending on the specific event. Refund details will be provided during the registration process. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific event.
